What if aging isn’t about time at all?
In this episode, I unpack a truth that changed everything for me: it’s not time that ages us — it’s stress, misalignment, unresolved trauma, and living in survival mode for too long.
Science confirms what many of us feel intuitively. Chronic stress floods the body with cortisol, breaks down collagen, accelerates inflammation, and shortens telomeres — the protective caps on our DNA that are linked to aging and disease. In other words, the body cannot repair when it doesn’t feel safe.
I share how seasons of overgiving, people-pleasing, and emotional survival showed up physically in my body — and how stepping away, choosing peace, and doing the deeper healing work allowed my system to reset. This wasn’t about chasing youth or perfection. It was about alignment over appearance.
